Travel day to the Big Island - *** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The hotel (front desk) has changing rooms available if you room is not ready when you arrive. Please just request this from the front desk at arrival.
Lunch at leisure.
6:30-9:30pm - Welcome Luau - Location: Turtle Pointe at Fairmont Orchid.
- Dress code for the welcome party is Resort Casual.
- The Luau will be outside so we recommend to bring a thin sweater or jacket.
- Dinner & open bar will be provided at the Luau.
- To help defray lunch costs, you will be provided resort credit to use for food and beverage for the total 4 night trip.

Free Day to Explore Fairmont Orchid
Today is completely your day!! Enjoy a morning of sleeping in and recover from your travel day.
FinancialForce has rented a few cabanas poolside for those looking to socialize.
** Two additional activities will be hosted today due to availability.
- ATV Option (45 minutes from Fairmont) - Long Pants and Covered Shoes are Required**
- Swim with the Dolphins in the Wild
Please join us tonight for a casual dinner off property. We will meet between 5:30-6pm in the Fairmont Lobby for departures to dinner. Attire is casual for the evening.

After your activity you have the rest of the day free to explore the Fairmont Orchid and enjoy everything the property has to offer.
Lunch is at leisure today, you will be able to use your resort credits provided by FinancialForce to help defray the cost of lunch.
Tonight is at leisure to enjoy any of the 6 restaurants on site at the Fairmont. You will be provided resort credit on your room account to help defray the costs of dinner.
If you prefer to explore off property this evening, you are more than welcome but all expenses will need to be covered by you personally.
