    [fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?

    Yes, every FinancialForce President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.

    If you are not positive of your guest please RSVP with TBD under guest name.  When you do finalize your guest please complete the registration process again so we have all of your guest's information in the right place!

    While we want to recognize your family for the support they give you and FinancialForce throughout the year, Presidents Club is a work event and geared for adults. The activities planned have been designed to provide a forum for you and your guest to meet and socialize with other top contributing colleagues as well as several members of the leadership team. This is a relaxed setting where we will have both a good mix of fun and exchange of ideas.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?
    All RSVP's must be received by March 2, 2018!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the May trip.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?
    Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests.  FinancialForce has negotiated a discounted room rate of $399 per night plus ~15% of taxes/fees.  Once you request an extension to the email address above we will reach out to the hotel directly to confirm availability for that discounted rate.  That confirmation from the hotel can take anywhere between 48-72 hours.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

    We understand that everybody will be flying quite long distances to attend this year's event on the Big Island of Hawaii.  Please note that while booking travel for both you and your spouse, the corporate business travel policy will apply.  Details below:

     
    Domestic and International Travelers:  All air travel accommodations must be coach. Flight routings with stopovers, alternative airports and non-refundable fares should be considered for cost-savings opportunities.  
    Upgrades are only allowed for the exec team and their directs to premium economy on flights over 6 hours.
     
    Please book your flights no later than March 22, 2018 to secure best fares.  Kindly input your flight details in the Manifest so that we can arrange ground transportation to/from KOA.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] What is the appropriate process to purchase airfare for myself and my guest?
    Since our Egencia tool does not allow us to book non-employees, you have approval to go outside of our system and book directly with the airline.  Please submit your airfare for reimbursement right away.  See "What are my flight details?" regarding travel policy.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] Are airport transfers provided in Hawaii?

    Yes every guest who is arriving May 14th and departing May 18th has airport transfers booked for them.  Please exit the airport and look for the FinancialForce logo on a sign.  

    Departures from the Fairmont Orchid to the Airport will be provided also.  You will receive departure notices 24 hours before departure with the pickup times.

     

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will FinancialForce provide per diem or should we expense meals?
    For breakfast and lunch each day, along with the one dinner at leisure, FinancialForce will provide resort credit that you can use at any of the food and beverage outlets at the Fairmont.  Any additional spend over the resort credit provided will be your responsibility and not be reimbursed by the company. 
    [fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

    There will be two options.

    1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

    2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
